JUNC ALLEY 2026 THEMED CAMP APPLICATION

This is the only official application for building a faction camp within Junc Alley, the new Flexible Immersive Role Play (FIRP) area of Mojave Mayhem in Goodsprings, NV. This form is intended for themed camps, factions, and immersive groups creating interactive spaces within Junc Alley.

This is not the application for general Mojave Mayhem volunteers such as medical, parking, logistics, or other event operations. It is also not the application for individual Junc Alley volunteers, both of those applications will be available shortly.

Before submitting this application, please carefully read the Faction Lead Expectations and Responsibilities document in full. If you are applying as a Faction Lead, you are responsible for understanding all camp rules, participation requirements, conduct expectations, and immersive environment guidelines before applying. As Lead, you will be personally responsible for all people in and working with your faction. All volunteers will be held to the standards outlined in the FIRP Codex.

Enter the estimated number of tickets your faction will need. This number is not guaranteed and is used for planning purposes only. If your application is accepted, you will be required to submit a schedule that justifies the number of tickets requested.

Camp Layout Requirements

Submit a map of your camp showing:

Total camp dimensions (Length × Width)
Individual dimensions (L × W) for every structure or item on map
Entry and exit points / traffic flow
How the space will be used, ie, shade structures, barter tent, quest board, photo ops, etc
If you are using a generator you must use a noise reducing baffle box and indicate its location on your map
The Location of your fire extinguisher Your application may be denied if you fail to indicate where your fire extinguisher is

Digital layouts are preferred, but a clean, legible hand-drawn map is acceptable.

Services and Attractions

Describe the experiences your camp will provide for attendees. Include a link to a public google doc outlining your questlines, along with a description of any additional camp features such as a barter area, caravan table, performances, games, workshops, or other interactive activities. Make sure your doc permissions are set so that anyone with the link can view it.

Visuals

Provide a public google drive folder containing photos or videos of your camp setup. Make sure anyone with the link can view it. New factions are not expected to have a fully completed camp, but you should include anything that demonstrates your progress, your planned design, and your approach to creating an immersive camp. Sketches, concept art, and work-in-progress photos are all acceptable. If you do not have any camp or structure photos, you should also include photos of faction costumes, props, or other build elements to help showcase your overall vision.
